Classes for Adults
Awaken your inner spirit in a gentle Hatha Yoga class that combines postures with breathing techniques for relaxation, strengthening and restoration. This class is designed for all levels of experience with an emphasis on welcoming the beginning Yoga student.

Pre-Natal & Postpartum
This gentle class is designed to safely meet the needs of pregnant women and those who have recently given birth. The postures and breaths assist in strengthening and relaxing our bodies and minds, with emphasis on relieving some of the common discomforts of pregnancy and postpartum healing. Please bring a pillow and blanket to class to use for extra support in poses.

Classes for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities
Casey is certified through Yoga For The Special Child to teach yoga to individuals who are developmentally or chronologically between birth and 21 years old. She has extensive experience teaching people with developmental disabilities and physical challenges. Private lessons are available at Spirit Song Yoga Studio or via Zoom. Group classes can be held via Zoom or off-site under the guidelines of the NYS Health Department.

Yoga for Kids
Children are natural yogis and benefit in countless ways from moving energy through their bodies and bringing calmness into their minds. This class combines the use of music, breath work and yoga based movements to enhance language development, core strengthening, sensory integration, balance and self-esteem. Casey has extensive experience in working with students with Special Needs and she has specialized training to provide them with a safe Yoga experience. Children, teens & young adults of all abilities are welcome to attend this playful class.

Yoga for the Pre-School Child
This playful class is designed for children ages 3-5 years old to provide them with a yoga experience in a developmentally appropriate manner. Yoga poses are combined with music to tap into the young child’s creative spirit, bringing balance to their bodies and minds. Yoga based games increase trust levels and build connections with the group as a whole. These classes are provided on site at your Pre-School setting.

Present & Peaceful
This mindfulness based program is designed for school aged children to enhance their coping skills & assist with anxiety reduction during challenging & uncertain times. Children will experience a variety of scientifically based practices to release tensions in the body & the mind. These methods include; Yoga, breathing techniques, movement based games, visualizations & affirmations. Each session will conclude with a Guided Meditation led by Casey.

This class will introduce teens to Yoga as they learn postures and how to practice them in a Vinyasa Flow style. Students will also learn Yoga breathing techniques and experience an introduction to meditation. Have fun stretching your body and your mind in this class that is designed just for teens!

Guided Meditation for Relation & Healing
Rest comfortably in a setting of your choice and experience ways of quieting your mind and releasing tensions from your body. This live, interactive class will be offered through Zoom (feel free to turn your camera off for privacy). Recordings of the sessions are available, as well as private sessions.
